Jeremy Wolf is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor and Washington State Licensed Engineering Geologist.  In addition to his Real Estate Brokerage Services, Jeremy Wolf is the Lead Operations manager for GeoTest Services Inc. at 541 Marine Drive in Bellingham, WA.  As a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, Jeremy has the knowledge, tools and resources to accomplish the following:

  • Identify and articulate key sustainable building practices and goals
  • Analyze the costs and benefits of implementation
  • Work with designers, architects, builders, operators, and utility managers to achieve sustainable standards
  • Apply LEED, Built Green and other relevant criteria and established sustainable guidelines effectively
