Jeremy has a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate & development market. In addition to being an Agent, Jeremy is a licensed Engineering Geologist, with GeoTest Services Inc., and has extensive fieldwork experience. He holds several Washington Association of Building Officials (WABO) and International Code Council (ICC) licenses for structural inspection. A Pacific Northwest native, Jeremy has worked with building development in Whatcom & Skagit Counties since 1993. He attended Western Washington University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Environmental Geology with a minor in Geophysics. His project experience ranges from light industrial & industrial to retail and public works. His work history includes grocery stores, retail strip centers, malls, multi-story office buildings and high end condominium developments. Michele earned a Masters of Arts degree from Western Washington University in Cultural Anthropology. Michele is proficient in lease and contract negotiations and helps clients maximize their rent structure and market presence. Michele has extensive experience in marketing, finance and legal documents from her employment with a national securities firm and as Assistant to Island County Superior Court Judge.
